Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Piano Piano. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Longo’s.

Eligibility: Open to Ontario residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes runs from February 19, 2026 to March 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter: Purchase any two (2) Piano Piano frozen pizzas for $20 at a participating Longo’s location during the Sweepstakes Period. Scan the QR code and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person, per qualifying purchase.

Proof of Purchase: Entrants selected as potential winners must provide valid proof of purchase from a participating Longo’s location. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize: Five (5) prizes are available. Each prize consists of a Dinner for Two at a participating Piano Piano location, including:

• One (1) bottle of house wine

• Choice of one (1) snack and one (1) appetizer

• Any two (2) pizzas or pastas

• Two (2) tiramisus

No cash value. No substitutions or transfers.

Alcohol: Alcohol will only be served to guests of legal drinking age with valid government-issued photo ID. A non-alcoholic alternative may be provided at the discretion of the restaurant.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries and contactedusing the information provided at entry. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

Redemption: Prize must be redeemed in a single visit, subject to availability and blackout dates. Gratuity, additional food or beverages, and applicable taxes are not included.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Piano Piano, which are final. Piano Piano reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if circumstances require.

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Piano Piano’s privacy practices.
